As a general manager my biggest achievement is building a strong team, getting the right people in the right positions, setting clear objectives and letting them perform at their best. This is a never-ending process, and it was the key for achieving great results:
- Orbograph revenues grew by hundreds of percents, in a very competitive market that was actually shrinking.
- The company was profitable every single year during my tenure as a general manager. It was more profitable than most of its competitors, and most years it exceeded profit targets.
- The company values are guiding our people in everything we are doing and they are stronger than any single manager can be.
- People are staying with the company for many years; they enjoy their work, they like their colleagues and the customers like working with them.
